Shipping & Returns Policy

Shipping Policy

Digital Downloads: All Dollie & Co. products are currently instant digital downloads. There is no physical shipping — your files are available for download immediately after purchase and are also emailed to the address provided at checkout.

Physical Products: We’re currently developing a line of physical goods (Travel, Walking, and Home essentials). Once available, physical orders will ship from Canada within 1–3 business days, with delivery estimates provided at checkout. This policy will be updated with full shipping rates and carrier details before physical products go live.

Returns & Refunds

Digital Downloads: Because digital products are delivered instantly and cannot be returned, all sales are final. If your file is missing, corrupted, or you’re having trouble downloading it, contact us at dolliepetco@gmail.com within 30 days of purchase and we’ll make it right.

Physical Products: Once physical products launch, unused and unopened items may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or defective.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If something arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, email us at dolliepetco@gmail.com with your order number and a photo of the issue, and we’ll sort out a replacement or refund.
