Do you ship internationally?

We currently ship within Canada, with select international shipping available at checkout depending on the item. Shipping options and costs are calculated at checkout based on your address.

How long does delivery take?

Digital downloads are available immediately after purchase. Physical products typically ship within a few business days and delivery times vary by destination — you'll see an estimated delivery window at checkout.

Can I track my order?

Yes — once your physical order ships, we'll send you a tracking number by email so you can follow its journey.

What is your return policy?

Physical products can be returned or exchanged in accordance with our Shipping & Returns Policy. Digital downloads are non-refundable once accessed or downloaded, except where required by law.

How do I cancel or modify my order?
